Olive Juice Necklace

This project is very fun to make. You can pick all the beads that are left from your prevous projects. They may have different textures and materials - plastic, glass, metal, seed or wooden beads. Everything will work for us! Combining different types of beads makes the necklace absolutely individual and unique. There is no specific order. Just try to place the pieces in a sort of symmetrical way.

Let me take a look what I've got here:

Here is a pattern of our project. As you see it as easy as it can be. What we are gonna use is a very simple technique. Mostly it is just stringing and placing single overhand knots between the beads.

I am gonna use a nylon cord. I would recommend you to use a thin (1 mm) waxed thread insted. Nylon cord is not the best choice for making knotted necklace, I think.  Its up to you.  Anyways I do not have anything else at the moment so let me continue with this one.

There are two simple knots. On the picture below you can see how i make the loop and fix it with a double overhand knot.
The second one is just a single overhand knot . If you are using nylon cord too don't forget to apply a small drop of glue to all knots when you have finished the necklace:)

Here is a little piece of the necklace done. Keep making it the same way (using diverse beads) until it reaches the desired length.
